Welcome to the 2009 "Hell Ride"

For years now, a bunch of folks from Redlands have been putting on this ride that stitches together some of the best single track trails in SoCal.

The ride starts at the top of the San Bernardino Mountains and follows the SART (Santa Ana River Trail) all the way back to Redlands.  It's about 30 miles, 3000 ft of climbing and 8000ft of descending!  At the end, we all meet at Uncle Howie's for beer, pizza and some good old story telling.

This ride has always proven to be quite an adventure and will be challenging for all levels of riders.  There are several different options along the way so you can just follow the group and trail that match your skillset.

Here's a few details from a previous ride.

This year's ride has been scheduled for Nov 07.  See details below.

Once again, the ride is sponsored by Don's Bikes of Rialtoso we'll should have some great prizes and giveaways at the end!  If you go to Don's and you mention the Hell Ride, they said they'd take some $$ off of your purchase!

Course Details

The course starts at South Fork which is up Hwy 38 past Angelus Oaks.  From there it winds along the Santa Ana River Trail (SART) and takes you along some of the best single track in southern California.  There are a few "secret" sections along the way that we'll also cover.  From there, we drop down the mountain and end up rolling through the wash in Mentone.  The views are great along this section.  The ride finishes at Uncle Howie's in Redlands.  There will be an easy and a harder version of the course as well.
